Merchant obligations

1. The merchant alone is responsible for the tax and legal obligations arising from their activity and sales through the platform, including commercial and tax registration, issuing invoices and receipts to their customers, and paying the taxes due. The platform does not collect the price of sales and bears no tax or legal obligation on the merchant's behalf.
2. The merchant confirms that the information they give the platform is correct, and that the platform may provide it to the competent official authorities whenever it is lawfully asked to.
